Strengths

  • Hosting in the Netherlands and Germany; no US parent company.
  • Immutable storage, MFA, and support for compliance goals.
  • Managed operations with local support and recovery guidance.

Weaknesses

  • No public pricing for workloads outside M365: comparing costs upfront takes more effort.
  • Smaller ecosystem of integrations and partners than global platforms like Veeam and Acronis.
  • The managed model gives teams that want to self-manage less direct configuration control.
  • For the standard backup service, RTO is an indication, not a guarantee; contractual RTO SLAs apply only under the separate DRaaS service.
Best forDutch SMB and MSP organizations who want to combine backup, local service, and recovery support in one managed offering.
