Every provider is assessed on six fixed criteria: price & total cost, storage & scalability, security & compliance, ease of management, support & service, and recovery & continuity (RPO/RTO). Scores (1 to 10) form an editorial benchmark based on publicly available product information, viewed against business requirements. It is not an independent product test.
Every score has a short justification and a reference to the source used. We don’t use non-public information for scoring, not even for Mindtime. We review the comparison at least every quarter.
